Here is a quick post for the start of the week. I am dropping by with a quick and simple recipe so we all can have something to munch until the weekend, ok?
But first, just a quick discovery tip: Butter toasts topped with whipped cream for breakfast. Wow. I did not expect it could impress me that much. Few words; Its really good! It made me feel like I was having breakfast in a hotel ( revealing my naivety here). Try it my friends, Slather butter over your bread, throw in the toaster for a few minutes and finally top with whipped cream. A breakfast for the lazy but hey, you will thank me. Or you can come to me and say to my face ” What? I have known this for ages!”
So moving on, this cookie bar treats are fairly easy to make. It is perfect for those moments when you want to bake something but you are lazy to do anything that is laborious, and you do not want a lot of mixing bowls in the sink afterwards. I had that lazy kind of moment last weekend so these cookie bars came to materialize.
They bake for thirty minutes or so, and luckily I have nutella and condensed milk in stock so these goodies were ready in no time.
Bonus is, you do not need to dirty your stand mixer. You want that don’t you?
Okay, Now I am off to carry on with my laziness.. See you all again soon.
