This is your new favorite bread pudding recipe. Chocolate chips and blueberries blending flavors on a milky bread base, This Double Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding is a real treat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, salt , vanilla and sugar.
In another large bowl toss and combine bread cubes, blueberries and chocolate chips. Pour the liquid mixture to the bowl of bread cubes mixture and toss everything so that the liquid is evenly distrubuted. Transfer and pour the entire mixture on a 9 x 13 baking dish or similar. I used an oval baking dish that is 13 inches long and 9 inches at the widest part. Let this stand for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake the bread pudding for 40-50 minutes or until the top is golden.
