Ingredients

  • 1 sheet/ package frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 1 block cream cheese softened
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups berries ( raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) frozen
  • icing sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. If your puff pastry is not yet rolled out, roll it out into 1/4 inch thick rectangle with a measurement of about 10x15 inches. Transfer to a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
  • Using the tines of a fork, poke holes all over the rectangle but leave an inch border around.  Stir together cream cheese, powdered sugar and honey until smooth. Spread cream mixture all over the puff pastry, avoiding the borders.
  • Arrange the berries on top. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
