  2. This recipe has become my go to. I make it regularly for my family and extended family members. I have been told numerous times these are the best pancakes ever! The recipe is simple and easy to remember. The recipe works perfect as is, but I have also veganized it with non-dairy milk, a flax egg and earth balance butter replacement, the results were great! It has worked well with almond milk, and cashew milk, but, no sugar added vanilla oat milk produced the best vegan pancakes. I have also added chunks of banana, chocolate, and blueberries on request. Additions and substitutions change the otherwise reliable texture, but they have always turned out great. Thank you for the recipe!

  6. Hello, Sanna. I have seen so many recipes for pancakes that use buttermilk or buttermilk substitute, but I am so hesitant to try one. Your photos really make me want to change my mind now. Question: do you taste the vinegar, even just tiny bit??
