These Blueberry Greek Yogurt Parfait is rich and creamy, just perfectly sweet and bursting with blueberries. You will love these for dessert or breakfast!
Roughly break the graham crackers into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt and cream cheese until well blended. In the bottom of the jars, place approximately ¼ cup of the graham pieces. Add about ¼ cup of blueberries on both jars. Drizzle 4 tbsp. of maple syrup on top.
Spoon Greek yogurt mixture in each of the jars, reserving enough for another layer later for both. Add the remaining graham, blueberries and maple syrup. Top everything with the remaining Greek yogurt mixture.
If desired, add a bit more graham, blueberries and maple syrup on top. Enjoy!

Notes
To soften cream cheese, you can microwave it in a microwave safe bowl for 5-7 seconds at a time, just until is soft. DO not overheat or it will scorch.
Feel free to use vanilla flavored greek yogurt. You may need to reduce the maple syrup if you opt for the vanilla yogurt.
You can store leftovers for up to 2 days, covered well in the fridge.
