I am loving handy, cute breakfast jars! I shared my favorite overnight oats last time. The one I have been eating on repeat! Have you made it yet? Today, we are using jars again and it is for a dessert! Blueberry Greek Yogurt Parfait.
To describe this briefly, you get layers of Greek yogurt and cream cheese blend, blueberries, graham crackers and maple syrup. It is only 5 ingredients! For a no-bake treat that you can have instantly- you have to try this one.

Some Notes on the Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt. This dessert is a wholesome option because of the Greek yogurt. This is why, this can be also a breakfast treat if you want. If you do not like the tang of a plain yogurt, opt for the vanilla flavored ones. Also, I do not recommend using non-fat yogurt. We are going after the creamy flavor and the non-fat lacks that.
- Blueberries. I use frozen blueberries. But fresh ones will also work. The reason I like frozen ones is because they are cheaper than the fresh ones, and I notice that they are consistently sweet.
- Cream Cheese. This kinda’ tames down the tang of the Greek yogurt a bit, giving the blueberry yogurt parfait a more indulgent note. To soften the cream cheese, microwave it for 5-7 seconds at a time until softened. Watch closely or it will be scorched.
- Graham Crackers. This adds texture, sweetness and a buttery feel to the parfait.
- Maple Syrup. This is our main sweetener here. You can also use honey, and adjust the amount as you prefer. The amount in the recipe is a guideline, so feel free to add or reduce as per your preference.
