Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats give you a nutritious and delightful breakfast treat made with strawberries and greek yogurt, with cream cheese and graham crumbs mixed in for a rich cheescake flavor!
⅓cupplain greek yogurt at least 2% fat, you c an also use vanilla flavored
2tbspcream cheesesoftened
1 tbspground flax seeds
1tbsphoney graham crumbs
2tbsp maple syrupor more if you want sweeter
Instructions
To soften the cream cheese, either take it out well ahead of time or warm it up in the microwave for 5-7 seconds at a time at medium power until soft. Do not overheat because it can scorch in the microwave.
Mix softened cream cheese and greek yogurt in a small bowl until combined.
Add your ingredients to your jar. First add the oats, then the milk. Add half of the strawberries. Next, add the yogurt/cream cheese mix.
Sprinkle the ground flax seeds and graham crumbs, Then, tip with the remaining strawberries. Drizzle the maple syrup.
Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, grab and enjoy!
Notes
To meal prep for several days of breakfast, simply double or triple the ingredients and divide among your jars.
You can also swap out the fruit. Try blueberries or raspberries.
You can use flavored Greek yogurt, then reduce the maple syrup as flavored yogurt already have added sugars.
I do not recommend non-fat yogurt because we are going after a rich, cheesecake flavor.
