My Humble Beginnings
I am not an expert at making desserts. The first desserts that I was able to whip up were the simple and easy refrigerated graham cakes and very plain cheesecake gelatin. And since I was starting from zero, I take pride being able to make these.
I have always wanted to give baking a try. If I can do the easy cheesecakes then I probably can bake too!
But it is always hard for me, I think its time consuming and complicated. I am overwhelmed, thinking it such a big task and only for crafty people. But since I have a year off from work, there should be something I have to show for it aside from taking care of my baby.
So I began with simple cupcakes and cookies. You wont see anything that is mouth watering nor impressive in here.
And like I told you, I am not really artistic.

But a person has to keep trying. I am determined to do more baking. I picked up these simple toys from walmart, and hoping that probably I can make another good start.
So be prepared to see more of my creations. Its flaws and all.
Baking is also something that I want to try. Just like you, the only cake I can make is graham refrigerator cake. I like to try to make cookies and bread but it seems complicated.
I love burnt cookies!!! They have this unusual taste akin to rice dukot. LOL They all look yummy, I’m sure they’re even more delish when tasted.
We all start somewhere. What’s important is we keep learning through dedicated practice. It helps if you do it out of love, right? 🙂
