January’s books line-up, a 30 day Yoga journey and the recipes to look for this month.

While I don’t have plenty of time in my hands to pleasure-read any time of the day, It is such a delight to have a line up of exciting books to read this January.
I am currently reading Everything is Figureoutable by Marie Forleo. Finishing this book is long overdue since I have had it for a few months already. But the holidays allowed me to sneak in a few moments here and there to get started. And I must say, It is one of those books that will light your fire, if you what I mean.
I can’t wait to read the rest in my loot namely, What I Know for Sure by Oprah Winfrey, Daring Greatly by Brene Brown and Body Love Everyday by Kelly Leveque. Needless to say, the book nerd in me is so excited!
A 30 Day Yoga Journey
Another thing that gets me so excited is my recent participation in a 30 day home Yoga practice. It is called Home by Yoga with Adriene and the session started this morning. While I do yoga work out on a daily basis, it is my first time to actually join a yoga community and this one feels so nice and restorative. I feel like the year is off to a great start.
If you are one who wants to try yoga, I recommend this to start. Adriene is humble, down to earth and very relatable. She makes Yoga very easy to approach.
Finally, watch out for the recipes to come out this January!
