10 Fish and Seafood Recipes

We love having fish once or twice a week, but there was a time when I simply forget or leave it out of our weekly menu.

These days I try to add fish days to our week, but mostly it is in the form of fried or roasted tilapia or pompano plus a side of steamed okra or roasted egg plant. One thing is, it can get repetitive!

So I round up the fish and seafood recipes here on the blog to remind me to add variety to our seafood meals. In this list you will find some easy noodles using canned sardines as the main meat, plus a variety of rice bowls that is simple and nourishing.
