Most of the times, after big holidays or food feasts and gathering, all I want is a simple fried egg with rice- clearly a break from the wide array of food and heavy indulgences. Or there are times when I feel sluggish and the last thing I want is a meat -laden heavy dish, not too mention a minimum of hour long cooking!
So in this post, I have gathered the recipes on the site that does not contain meat and takes lesser time to make that if you would make a full meat dish! So for whatever reason: dietary restriction, health concerns or simply because.. this list is a good starter for you!
